The Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem schools organized a field visit for high school students to the campus of the Baptism Site International Orthodox University. The visit aimed to familiarize students with the university environment, available majors, and academic opportunities as they approach the transition to higher education.

The student delegation was welcomed by the University President, the Very Reverend Economos Dr. Bishara Dahabreh. He greeted the students and accompanying educational staff, then led them on an introductory tour of the university’s various academic and service facilities.

During the tour, Father Dahabreh provided a comprehensive overview of the majors and academic programs offered by the university, as well as registration and admission procedures—which have been extended until September 12. He also highlighted the university’s distinguished academic and educational mission, its national and international significance, and its role in preparing qualified professionals capable of serving the Church, the nation, and society.

Furthermore, the students learned about the university’s unique educational environment, which combines academic knowledge with spiritual and human values, thereby contributing to character building and the development of students’ academic, intellectual, and social capabilities. The visit left a positive impression on the students, helping to broaden their horizons and enhance their understanding of university options; it also served as a source of motivation, encouraging them to prepare for the next stage with confidence and a clearer vision for their academic futures.
